how much is it to install tile per square foot “flooring”?
i have an estimate to install 56 square feet of tile (flooring) from a contractor. But he is charging me $20 a square foot for labor only. Is this a normal or average price. thanks
That’s a rip off. Most contractors will do it for $2-5 a square foot. 56 square feet of tile is not a loot of work, have you considered doing it yourself. It is very easy to do.
